CHARACTERISTICS

Door

Double hermetic structure for a maximal resistance against fire, warmth and water. The door is installed on a set composed by double pivoting hinges, on two axes with self-lubricating cushions. On the hinges side, it has a longitudinal tongue and groove profile against removal, what prevents its opening in the case of an attack on the hinges side. The upper, lower and lateral part of the door is blocked with mobile bolts.

Locking Devices

Mauer key lock, ECB-S certified (the S1 certification against robbery is only valid for cabinets fitting this lock).

Fire Resistance

120 mn against fire. The cabinet is heated up to 1050ºC for 2 hours, and the temperature inside does not go over 150ºC.

Protection against Robbery

S1, according to EN 14450 European Standard

Anchoring Hole: 1 in the base

FINISHING

The FKP Fireproof Cabinets are delivered without inside fittings. The different accessories available allow a layout according to the customer's needs, supplying a flexible use of the cabinets:

Dual Series

The Dual Series offer you a Maximal Protection against Fire and Robbery for your Paper Documents.

Paper Protection - EN 1407-1 Standard

Grade I - EN 1143-1 Standard

CHARACTERISTICS

• Body: 65 mm
• Door: 135 mm (120 mm for Dual 50). Doors can be opened up to 200º.
• Bolts: cylindrical, Ø 25 mm

Locking Devices: one key lock

Fire Resistance

60 min or 120 min according to the model:

Dual 50: 60 minutes.
The cabinet is heated up to 945ºC for 1 hour. The inside temperature does not go over 150ºC. Then the cabinet is subjected to thermal and impact tests, being thrown from 9,15 meters. Then the cabinet is put again inside the oven and heated up to 840ºC for 22 minutes and 30 seconds.

Dual 110, 260, 350, 750: 120 minutes.
The cabinet is heated up to 1090ºC for 2 hours. The inside temperature does not go over 150ºC. Then the cabinet is subjected to thermal and impact tests, being thrown from 9,15 meters. Then the cabinet is put again inside the oven and heated up to 840ºC for 45 minutes.

Resistance against Robbery

Models 110, 260, 350 and 750 are also certified according to the EN 1143.1 European Standard, obtaining Grade I by VdS.
